With us you will find a wide range of rental bikes that you can rent throughout the year.

In addition to the standard range of (electric) bicycles, we also rent out special bikes and mobility scooters. Think for example of a duo bike, wheelchair bike, child elderly tandem or dog bike. So we have a bike for everyone.

FAQ
Is the bike rented out in dayparts?
There are no hourly or half-day prices.
What is the rental period?
E-bikes must be returned between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM on the last day of the rental period. Regular bikes (without motor) may be returned after closing time.
Can I extend the rental period?
The rental contract may be extended a maximum of once during the discounted rental period. After that, a new rental period will start.
Can I return the bike after closing time?
The bicycle must be returned before closing time.
Canceling the reservation - do I get a refund?
In the General rental conditions
(Article 5 - Cancellation) you can read the rental conditions.
Is the E-bike fully charged?
You will receive a fully charged battery.
What is the range of the battery?
The range is determined by various factors (wind, driving behaviour, weight etc.).
The bikes with a central motor have a longer range.
Can a child's seat be fitted to the front/rear of an E-bike?
This is possible on certain models. Choose on the booking page for Electric bicycle for child seats
What size bike does my child need?
That is different for each child.
Tip: check the tire of the bicycle at home for the size.
If I want to exchange an item within the rental period is that possible?
This is possible if in stock.
If I rent a bike for a week, do the days have to be consecutive?
One week rentals can only be consecutive.
If I return my bike earlier, do I get a partial refund?
Returning your bike earlier does not entitle you to a refund.
Can I take a baby with me on the bicycle?
You can do this in a kidcar behind the bike with a special baby scale or in a bakfiets with a maxi-cosi holder (bring your own maxi-cosi!)
*Advised to carry baby on a bicycle from 6-9 months because of the risk of Shaken Baby Syndrome
Can I take a dog on the bike?
For small dogs we have a basket or a cart, for large dogs we have a dog cargo bike
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Some items require a deposit.
What should I do if I have lost my key?
You can get a spare key at our main branch
(Herenstraat 69) to get a spare key at a cost of €15,00.
Is the bike insured?
We cannot insure rental bikes.
